The Main Level

As you step inside, you'll find an entryway with convenient coat and shoe storage. The main level includes one full bathroom with a stand-up shower, as well as a separate half bath. You'll also find two of the bedrooms on this floor, both featuring comfortable king beds.

The heart of the home is the open living area. The vaulted living room is bathed in natural light from gorgeous custom windows that offer stunning views of the lake. It's the perfect spot for everyone to gather, with a plush couch, loveseat, and lounger inviting groups to relax and connect.

You'll find a variety of books and board games for all ages, and on a rainy or cold day, you can cozy up by the fireplace or stream a movie on the Roku TV. We even have a closet full of toys for the little ones.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully stocked with high-quality appliances including a Breville Barista Express machine, OXO coffee maker and grinder, Breville food processor, Breville waffle maker, Ninja blender, and a Cuisineart 2-quart ice cream maker, as well as a slow cooker. You'll find everything you need to prepare meals, from pots and pans and cooking sheets to casserole dishes, serving bowls, and Pottery Barn stoneware dishes.

The kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining room, which also has huge windows overlooking the multi-tiered deck and the lake.

On the deck, you'll find lounge chairs, tables, and a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. A laundry room with a washer and dryer completes the main floor.

Upstairs

Upstairs, you'll discover the other two bedrooms. One of the rooms has two queen-size beds, while the other is a unique split bedroom. This room has a king bed on one side and a queen bed on the other, with a walk-in closet in between for extra privacy. There is one full bathroom with a tub shower on this floor, and the split bedroom even has its own sink for added convenience.
